The Month-to-Month Membership provides some of the greatest flexibility in the fitness industry.
Freeze Due to Injury or Illness (no fees): Be sure to Include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, Reason as “Medical,” and the number of calendar months requested (one month minimum – six months maximum).
Freeze Due to Traveling (not available for Pre-Paid Memberships): Includes a very modest fee, which safeguards your current monthly dues rate. Be sure to include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, Reason as “Travel,” and the number of calendar months requested (one month minimum – six months maximum).
15-Day Notice Requirement: To keep things simple, all Month-to-Month Memberships have the same billing date—the 1st of the month. This means that you would need to provide 15-Days Written Notice by the middle of the month in order for the Membership Freeze to be effective by the next calendar month.
