The Month-to-Month Membership provides some of the greatest flexibility in the fitness industry.

Freeze Due to Injury or Illness (no fees):  Be sure to Include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, Reason as “Medical,” and the number of calendar months requested (one month minimum – six months maximum).

Freeze Due to Traveling (not available for Pre-Paid Memberships): Includes a very modest fee, which safeguards your current monthly dues rate. Be sure to include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, Reason as “Travel,” and the number of calendar months requested (one month minimum – six months maximum).

15-Day Notice Requirement: To keep things simple, all Month-to-Month Memberships have the same billing date—the 1st of the month. This means that you would need to provide 15-Days Written Notice by the middle of the month in order for the Membership Freeze to be effective by the next calendar month.

When will my normal billing start up?

Make note that your normal billing will AUTOMATICALLY resume without notice on the 1st of the month following your freeze period.

How much does a Travel Freeze cost?

It's only $5 per month to freeze your membership when traveling (by calendar month).

Do I need to return my key fob?

No, you hold on to your Key Fob. But it will not function until your Membership is reactivated.

What if I want to return sooner or extend it longer than I first scheduled?

You can fill out another Freeze Request and we can change the reactivation date for you.

Can I freeze my membership from the 10th of January to the 15th of March?

No. Month-to-Month Memberships are by calendar month, therefore we can only Freeze a Membership by calendar month. For instance, January 1st to March 1st.
